Are you an artist, appreciator of arts and culture, or a local citizen interested in supporting programs in Norfolk? We are looking for new members to join the Cultural Council! No experience in the arts/non profit is required. The Norfolk Cultural Council (NCC), a member of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, has been providing and supporting cultural events in and around the Town of Norfolk for over 30 years.  The NCC's purpose is to support public programs that promote education, diversity and excellence in the arts, humanities and interpretive science in Norfolk and across the commonwealth. We have the right and responsibility of awarding grants that address cultural needs specific to their community.​
